Summary: | 碩士 === 康寧大學 === 國際企業管理研究所 === 102 === This study attempts to investigate the interpersonal relationship on the Internet of elementary school teachers in Yunlin County. We utilized the “Questionnaire of Using Facebook and Interpersonal Relationship of Elementary School Teachers’’ as the research tool. The questionnaires were analyzed by convenience sampling method. All the data have been analyzed through descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product moment correlation. The results are concluded as follows:
1. The proportions of using Facebook among elementary school teachers are 85.1%.
2. The interpersonal relationship among elementary school teachers is appeared to positive.
3. Background variables have significant influence on real life relationship.
4. Background variables have significant influence on Facebook relationship.
5. Facebook relationship has no significant influence on real life relationship.
