Meanwhile, this study also explores the relation between the user’s attitude and user satisfaction. The questionnaire survey is adopted in this study and the subjects recruited were the elementary school teachers in Tainan City. A total of 325 questionnaires were distributed and 278 copies were retrieved for analysis. The statistical methods involved descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation. Based on a series of systematic analyses, some findings are provided as follows: In terms of the user’s attitude toward the students’ academic performance management system, the subjects could perceive the “ease of use” and “usefulness” in the system itself. They admitted that the introduction of the system really upgraded the computerization of managing students’ academic performance in elementary school. As far as the user satisfaction toward the system is concerned, the teachers’ satisfaction of the system reaches the intermediate level in the aspects of “system quality,” “information quality,” and “service quality.” Regarding the personal background variables, the user’s attitude holds apparent differences in gender, age and years of service. There are no apparaent differences in “the use of X Academic System” and “education level” However, no significant difference exists in all of the personal background variables toward the user satisfaction. The user’s attitude toward the system has positive correlation with user satisfaction. Key words: School Management System, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), IS Success Model (ISSM) Ping-Feng Chao Cheng-Ming Yang 趙品灃 楊振銘 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 72 zh-TW
