This study is based on Questionnaire Survey to investigate elementary school teachers’ usage and inclination toward computerized item bank system in Tainan City. The study framework is on TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) in order to investigate the influence of usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude on usage inclination. The study finds that in the aspect of usage, 80% of the teachers use this system for saving time. Therefore, most teachers use computerized item bank system to automatic examinations production through computers and then delete and modify it. In the aspect of influential factors, the averages reveal that males have higher cognition in usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, and inclination than females. In terms of job posts, directors as interviewees have higher cognition in usefulness and ease of use than class tutors.Through the analysis of Chapter Four, the elementary school teachers’ inclination toward computerized item bank system in Tainan City can be inspected and verified in TAM (Technology Acceptance Model); the reference is made and advised according to the findings above.
