The main points of this research are: 1. Will the different backgrounds influence the performance of the participating association attitude. 2. Will the different backgrounds have the impact on learning satisfaction of students who joined the association. 3. Understand the relationship of the students’ participating attitude and learning satisfaction. In this research, there are two samples of questionnaire have been used. 1. Attitude of participating association assessment 2. Learning satisfaction assessment The sample has 2740 students which is chose randomly from the seventh, eighth and ninth grade students of Tainan Houjia Junior High school. The data has been collected to analyze the information. Furthermore, the difference of the sex of junior high school students who have participate association, the attitude of participating association and the satisfaction of learning have been assessed by the T test. The grade of the junior high school students in the association and the category of the association with the participating attitude and learning satisfaction have used one way analysis of variance to identify the difference; After using the Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient to study the data of the participating attitude and learning satisfaction from junior high school students who joined the association. The results are: 1. The participating attitude and learning satisfaction in the junior high school students association is above the average level. 2. There is an obvious difference of participating attitude and learning satisfaction with different backgrounds of students. A. Female junior high school students are more willing to participate the association than male. B. Female students’ learning satisfaction is greater than male students. C. The eighth and ninth grade students’ participating attitude is better than the seventh grade students. However, there is not much difference between eighth and ninth grade. D. The learning satisfaction from seventh, eighth and ninth grade do not have any obvious difference. E. The students who joined the Service learning and Arts and Humanities has a better participating attitude than the students who joined the Academic Research and Creativity Inspiration; There are not much difference between students who joined the Music, Sports, Academic Research, Entertainment and Creativity inspiration. F. Female association tutors have better participating attitude than the male tutors. G. Female association tutors have better learning satisfaction than the male tutors. 3. There is an obvious positive relationship between the participating attitude and learning satisfaction of the students from the junior high school. A. The relationship between the participating attitude and learning satisfaction of the students from the junior high school is obvious and positive, the greater of participating attitude, the better of the learning satisfaction.
