How to adapt and adjust these under the heavy physical and psychological pressure in such situations becomes an important issue for every elementary school teacher to face and solve when they are educating the next generation. In this study, the research objects are formal elementary school teachers in Tainan City. The purpose of this study is to explore the associations among elementary school teachers' emotional labor, well-being, and leisure participation. Questionnaire survey is used to obtain 408 valid questionnaires by stratified random sampling method, then using SPSS statistical methods to analysis and discussion. Study finds that elementary school teachers ' emotional labor and health conscious is at middle-high degree of the scale. Nearly a quarter of elementary school teachers in the teaching environment have been out of emotional control, and it is usually caused by emotional stress and heavy work pressure . As the aspect of chronic diseases, the number of male is significantly more than female's; the ratio of teachers with elder age and longer seniority suffering from chronic diseases is gradually increasing, but they are generally in good physical and mental health conscious. Five factors: outdoor activities, skill and artistry, recreation, sociability and indoor leisure are extracted by factory analysis in the Leisure Participation Scale. The ratio and frequency of overall elementary school teachers' participating in leisure activities are moderately at middle-low degree. Male Elementary school teachers perceived degree of physical and mental health are significantly higher than female teachers, but male teachers are significantly lower than female teachers on the level of participation in leisure activities, in which the difference between outdoor activities and skill and artistry is more significant. Moreover, it shows a significant positive correlation between Elementary school teachers' emotional labor, perceived well-being and the Leisure Participation Scale. In Linear regression model, teachers'emotional labor also displays a significant positive influence on perceived well-being and leisure participation. The most important key factor in the Emotional Labor Scale factors is sincere performance. Under the situation of nervous working emotion and lower leisure participation ,in the future, how to make proper plans for the Elementary school teachers whose emotional labor are at middle-high degree, it will definitely be an important issue for the government and school authorities to to encourage the Elementary school teachers' participation in leisure activities and improve their physical and mental health.
