The in-depth interview opinions from personnel of Student Affairs Office, teacher tutors, students living off-campus rent of LTU, polices of Chunshe Police Station and fire fighters of Chunshe Fire Squad were widely collected by using principles and techniques of Delphi method, the important demand factors of off-campus student dormitories were summarized. To design the first phase questionnaire which distributed to students living off-campus rent of LTU, according to their conduct important factor considered by the check, the important demand key factors were summarized, and then design the second phase questionnaire for AHP method which. distributed to students living off-campus rent of LTU also, through the statistical software package to calculate the weight values. The results showed that the weight value of off-campus rent Ling Tung University student residence attention from high to low order are "safe", "hardware environment", "rent", "equipment", "landlord factors" and "life function.", overall weight values to the important demand key factors "toilet water safety equipment", "landlord has furniture, electrical equipment", "free use of ancillary equipment", "reasonable prices" and "non-interference landlord, tenant prejudice" as the sort of before five, and "space", "good attitude of landlord," "public transport facilitation", "attached to car and motorcycle parking spaces" and "attached landfill" is five after sorting. This study propose seven specific suggestions as considerations of LTU and landlords.
