| Summary: | 碩士 === 嶺東科技大學 === 行銷與流通管理研究所 === 102 === This thesis employ the producing Malmquist index to evaluate the efficiency and productivity of Taiwan logistics company. What’s more, we derive the change of the efficiency of productivity (effch), the change of technology (techch), the change of pure efficiency of technology (pech) and the change of efficiency of scale (sech) from the Malmquist index. We found that the value of effch, techch, pech, sech and tfpch are 1.0633, 1.1408, 1.1066, 1.0201 and 1.1100 respectively. Which means that there is a 11 percentages improvement on productivity, and it is mostly contributed by the improvement of the technology.
