Total sample survey released 350 samples for surveying, 315 valid samples, to descriptive statistics, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis, to verify the correlation between each dimension. Study found that safety leadership and safety behavior on organizational safety performance dimensions, which can produce very significant positive correlation, and safety leadership and safety behavior on the safety culture dimensions also has a positive effect on high strength, and "safety leadership", "safety behaviors" and "safety culture" between "safety performance" also showed a positive correlation. Also among the facets of "manager control" variables, "the Organization for Security operator, "the worker into mutual aid and "security organizations, Taiwan Power Company is currently an urgent need to further strengthen the Department, and the study of the overall structure of fit is appropriate.
