Summary:碩士 === 嶺東科技大學 === 國際企業研究所 === 102 === The main purpose of this study was to investigate the personal-organization fit toward the influence of the staff promotion, the comprehension for the personal-organization fited as a reference for the manager to promote the appropriate person. This research will take advantage of the questionnaire to collect the information, and the object of research includes every department of the soldiers in the military, in order to carry out the related statistical analysis to verify that the hypothesis is supported. The research was focued on: 1. Personal viewpoint to “Individual organization values” and “organization goals” having a positive impact. 2. Organizational supply--needed by staffs and systems-a positive impact for employees’ ability. 3. Individual organization fit promotion exists a positive impact. In short, the result of research foundation will further illustrate the practical implication on the management as well as the study direction in the future.
