Write a direction of its proposed cuts from the theoretical level, re-examine the nature and implications of trade secrets, content of current regulations parse explore entities and provisions of trade secret law, and the correlation between the other laws; and finally a more precise definition of secret business interests, hope specific recommendations. This study is to understand the trade secret system of domestic and foreign scholars and research results, finishing more often invoked to protect trade secrets of the theoretical basis; domestic and foreign electronic database search through books, dissertations, periodicals, writing, and Internet collect relevant business secrets law. For the end of the secret business practices more common types of violations and issues raised individual's humble opinion, the development of theory and practice.
