Summary:碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 電子工程系碩士班 === 102 === This thesis focuses on the switching regulator’s bandgap voltage reference and pulse width modulation circuits(PWM). The bandgap reference voltage circuit can supply a stable voltage over a wide temperature range and sustained stable output voltage in a range of supply voltage, the internal circuit includes an operational amplifier, a bandgap core circuit and a bias circuit. Pulse width modulation circuit is used to change the voltage signal into pulse width varying output signal. Its internal circuit has two parts with a sawtooth generator and a comparator. Finally, present a bandgap reference circuit which is operating at supply voltage of 1 ~ 1.4V with a temperature range of - 20 to 140 degree Celsius and output voltage is 0.7V with power consumption 39.24 and a PWM circuit which is operating at supply voltage 1V and alter 14~91% duty cycle. In this thesis, chip designed and fabricated in a TSMC 1P6M 0.18 CMOS process.
