And also explored apprentice relationship between intrinsic motivation and effectiveness of learning, after analysis and comparison of this study found out there is correlations exist on intrinsic motivation and effectiveness of learning, and there is a positive influence, object of study is apprentice in H company dual system flagship, explored relevance of intrinsic motivation and effectiveness of learning. Following conclusions is after the experience of the author analyzes: 1.Unit: Positive values and self ambition on intrinsic motivation, found out that effectiveness of learning, technology unit better than production unit. 2.Gender: Self-management on intrinsic motivation, found out that effectiveness of learning, male better than female. 3.Working Experiences: The passion, response and self ambition on intrinsic motivation, found out that effectiveness of learning, senior apprentice better than junior apprentice.
