Summary:碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 機械與自動化工程研究所 === 102 === The study aims at anti-loosened circular washer to perform the multi-stage forming with constant shear friction using the Deform-3D FEM simulation software. The three kinds of washer forming of SUS304, SCM4135, S50C materials can be explored to obtain the effective stress, the effective strain, the velocity field, and the forming force. Furthermore, the realistic experiments have been carried out to measure before and after the hardness and the stage drop distance dimension before and after the forming to verify the acceptance of FEM simulation analysis model.
