| Summary: | 碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 102 === This study aims to understand the impact of in-service training teachers and civil servants receive on their families as well as children. Through analysis of different background variables, I identified the relevant factors that affect their families and children and compared the differences between the in-service training of civil servants and that of teachers. This study was conducted through questionnaires to explore the effect of in-service training on the families and children of teachers and civil servants. The data from questionnaires were used for analysis and discussion. With random sampling, the participants were selected primarily from those living in the Haulien and Taitung region. A total of 750 questionnaires were issued. The survey results were presented with percentage, standard deviation, and frequency distribution. They were analyzed in the statistical methods such as independent sample T test, single-factor analysis of variation, and correlation analysis to make related conclusions
