Qualitative method main by means of interviews to gather data that interviewees include the township (town) private Garden State kindergarten and senior kindergarten long, researchers will interview data summarized four major categories: political culture, organizational culture, parental support, as well as out of business strategy. Statement from different perspectives and feelings, so the majority of response attributed to the laws is not comprehensive enough.
