The main objectives are to (1) understand the organizational culture of public elementary school, involvement of faculty and school effectiveness status a public; (2) analyze the difference among organizational culture, faculty involvement and school effectiveness performance resulted from elementary school teaches with diverse background; (3) explore the relation of organizational culture, faculty involvement and school effectiveness , and make recommendations to base on findings to which academic and education sector can refer. To achieve this research purposes, the study employs a questionnaire survey; first, collecting the relevant documentation of organizational culture, faculty involvement and school effectiveness is as the study mainframe and the foundation of theory; secondly, take home-made questionnaire titled with “organizational culture, faculty involvement and school effectiveness” as a method of collecting data tool to get answer from the faculty of Kaohsiung Luchu elementary school, and conduct a poll of sample of 185 faculty from five elementary school with effective response is 132, effective response rate is 86.8 per cent; finally, employ statistical software of SPSS 21.0 for Windows to process several statistics Findings are: 1. High performance in the organizational culture, the involvement of faculty and school effectiveness status in public elementary school; 2. Distinct correlation partially presenting in school effectiveness factor when engaging in the organizational culture, the involvement of faculty and school effectiveness status in public elementary school; 3. Strong positive correlation in the organizational culture, the involvement of faculty and school effectiveness status in public elementary school; Finally, the study can not only provide recommendations to academic and education sector to base on findings but also be a reference for those who are interested in the similar topic. 郭嘉珍 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 90 zh-TW
