Since the entry barrier of electronic commerce is low, numerous general public, traditional industry companies, & other kinds of companies & groups have been attracted to engage in Internet marketing. However, there are countless online stores. Most of them do not effectively market as well as promote their businesses or increase their online exposure, so consumers cannot even find their online stores. Besides, if their stores lack uniqueness or they do not have competitive prices, they cannot retain consumers.Thus, given the severe competition within the electronic commerce business, whether an online store prospers or declines is mainly determined by if it can create an online store with uniqueness & competitiveness, by how it effectively utilizes available online resources to connect different dots for consumers to connect to its store, by if it can extensively create online contact points to increase its exposure & visits, etc.This study proposes a cross-platform combine mobile commerce with electronic commerce ,keyword marketing, social media marketing, blog marketing, QR code sharing & others. A system is designed to actualize marketing tactics that used to seem abstract. By the applications, this system provides store managers can effectively create more online contact points to increase their exposure, successfully implement the above marketing tactics, & resolve difficulties that an online store may encounter in promotion practice.
