Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 高階經營管理研究所碩士在職專班 === 102 === Every long-lasting company has its unique corporate culture, and Company Z is no exception. The corporate culture of Company Z, which has 28 years of history, combines the energetic corporate culture that pursues dictatorship, as proposed by Kono Toyohiro, and the supportive culture in Wallach’s theory. Its characteristics include: 1. Excellent policies with a respect for humanity; 2. Leaders with an innovative mindset that enables employees to be dynamic and develop trust in their leaders; 3. An open, flexible work environment; 4. A harmonious workplace that feels like family; 5. Considerable levels of support for and trust in organization members; 6. A special emphasis on interpersonal relationships. In this study, we learned that a positive corporate culture not only attracts outstanding personnel but also achieves high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty while reducing employee turnover, improving employee expertise, and creating a positive atmosphere in the workplace. Due to its corporate culture that embodies virtues in the workplace, such as harmony, zero arguments, generosity, honesty, modesty, tolerance, sharing, unselfishness, reciprocity, sincerity, down-to-earthness, softness, and gentleness, Company Z has stood strong in the journal subscription service industry for 28 years. With a healthy organizational structure and excellent culture, Company Z will be able to survive and sustain its management by finding other alternative products even if the journal subscription service industry declines one day.
