| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 電機工程系博碩士班 === 102 === In the early, the off-line operation training simulator (OTS) which is set by a hardware-host with client/server network has been present to engineering to improve the power dispatch ability in Taipower, because the data access mechanisms of the host is inadequate which caused the immediate switch status can not present to engineering who can not grasp the new power system condition when the structure of power system context had been changed and can not plan proper dispatch strategy.
In this Study, the network database technique has been used to improve above-mentioned condition, the software technique has been used to replace the hardware host and the Web-based has been used to replace the Client/Server network also, this mean that new operation training simulator has been developed by the integration of multiple software, the concept of victual device has been proposed and the actual element of victual device which can present immediate switch status of power system had been produced. The results of this study allow the training effect of the OTS to be more in line with the actual state of the power system, and thus enhance the engineering to develop proper dispatch policy.
