Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 電機工程系博碩士班 === 102 === In this thesis, a flyback converter is employed as the LED pre-driver source, and a energy regenerative snubber is also included. The circuit structure can mitigate voltage spike on the main switch, and the absorbed energy can be recovered too. Besides, Primary-Side Sensing(PSS) technique was used for the output voltage regulation based on auxiliary winding voltage signal feedback. In order to reduce switching losses and increase the conversion efficiency, Quasi-resonant technique is adopted. On the other aspect, a phase-shifted PWM dimming circuit was used to regulate the luminance and color temperature. Finally, A Digital Signal Processor (DSP) is used to integrate the digital regulation of the whole system, the proposed method can increase system efficiency and reduce circuit size. The implementation and design of a 60W prototype was completed, and the test results are analyzed in the laboratory. The experimental result of 91.6% efficiency validates the feasibility of system.
