This study investigated the DC power supply system network which using of battery power when outage. This system primarily consisted of the AC220V load device and these battery power supplies which be used during a power outage.Fuzzy control has better adaptability and robustness, better fault tolerance properties. Multiple applications control object using fuzzy control.Italso has the expert knowledge to judge the issue.Because of the substation battery system management will be mixed special policy considerations of human, the fuzzy theory is very consistentto design an intelligent controller.To develop a number of battery modules consisting of a DC output system byMatlab / Simulink , the system is connected to the controller simulation testing under a variety of operating environments DC power supply network status. The results showed that the use of the intelligent controller can effectively integrate the various battery supply relationship with the load, so that the new system architecture with multi-input multi-output supply mode. It made the storage capacity of the battery pack can be applied to each other, and thus to reduce the existing battery number.This study is to integrate and enhance the stability of the substation DC supply network and strengthen the DC backup power system reliability and reduce the waste of resources and expenditures in reduction of costs.
