Air force adopted regular program of raising material process. This processes advance preparation before the target year. This way can avoid the estimation error of device or material stock. As missions change or some special cases, the consumption will severely increase. Further, planes will ground because no sufficient time to prepare material. These situations affect the proper rate and overall air defense, even endanger national security. Based on the above reasons in this thesis, there are not existed the stock control procedures for the current Air force defense mechanism. Firstly, we recorded maintenance history and fault trends for the avionics systems of electric aircrafts. Secondly, we evaluated the average consumption of unplanned maintenance element and reordered points repeatedly for the finally duration. Finally, the system alarms in advance before the fuel runs out. This way can minimize the losses caused the stock. The system can integrate military logistical database website to obtain more information about equipment fault trends and inventory control mechanism in the future work.
