Many environmental issues with serious warning remind that we should pay attention to environment problem. As times change, information science technology changes with each passing day. A variety of service has already been continuously changed from paper operation into an electronic-operation. Paper documents are not easy to preserved, but also occupy large space. The Internet has gradually become closely linked and inseparable with our daily life. E-operation has already become the necessary condition in all walks of life. With the help of E-operation, we can conserve energy to reduce carbon emissions, not only protect the forest by reducing deforestation, but also preserve paper documents and easily find. There are lots of advantages for E-operation. This paper will describe via the Internet VPN and the application of database and store the test result in the manner of database, and also discuss to use this information from the Internet to help analyze data and academic record.
