To echo excessive use of fossil energy that cause climate change and global warming. Therefore, the global commitment to the development energy conservation and carbon reduction related technologies, the green energy industry has become a positive development of the industry in each country. This study investigated an energy technology company that produces Hydrogen Flame Energy Equipment and carried out to improve the manufacturing processes. Through the TRIZ improvement, collecting the case of carbon cleaning system for motorbikes (Hereinafter referred to as Product A) to be the existing manufacturing processes relevant information, explored the manufacturing process of the product A. The proposed improvement of the manufacturing process by using the optimized processes for improving productivity and reducing waste. The present result is useful in the efficiency of operating time and distance transportation. This study is aimed at improving company's products A production processes to enhance overall production performance.
