Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 人力資源發展系碩士班 === 102 === The study was to investigate based on professional competencies using e-learning platform to construct a blueprint for professional career training mechanism. The study case was a well-know Backlight Module company in southern Taiwan-R company. The study method was Field Work.
Our purpose in research was:
1. Through research to understand R company’s background、situation and training strategy implement.
2. Based on R company’s situation and organizational goal, the study was to investigate the practice way connect e-learning platform with blueprint for professional career training mechanism to construct professional competencies model.
3. Using KSFs (Key Successful Factors) to analysis what the elements that R company successful complete the project.
4. Through Satisfied questionnaire survey and interview to collect all stakeholders real feedback.
The conclusion of the study indicated that:
1. Using e-learning platform to construct professional competencies training mechanism can solve the training dilemma in cross-strait company, such as high employee leave rate, high business trip rate, and internal lecturer training difficultly.
2. The study provide all steps that the R company using e-learning platform to construct professional competencies training mechanism respond on Innovation Diffusion steps to referenced by pragmatic person.
3. The R company successful implement e-learning platform construct a blueprint for professional career training mechanism respond to four KSFs (Key Successful Factors). In this study, we suggest addition to one factor: the strategic training plan.
4. Almost all stakeholders provide positive training benefit by compared before training and after. Through constructed professional competencies by e-learning platform, you can faster and wider establish professional ability, and you can successful combined business strategy.
Finally, results of the study were discussed and suggestions were provided to the practice of human resource development and future researches.
