Based on the questionnaires collected from managers and employees, this study obtained 214 valid dyadic samples from school’s staff. The results were as following: 1.Transformation leadership was positively related to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). 2.The organizational citizenship behavior of female was higher than male. 3.The influence of Transformation leadership on organizational citizenship behaviors was negatively for female employees. According to the results of the study, the researcher made some theoretical and practical suggestions.
