By digital-based environmental construction, local people can be trained with basic capabilities of digital information. This study is to use Digital Opportunity Center plans to use Digital Opportunity Center in Tainan City produced e-books, participate in Digital Opportunity Center for course participants, through questionnaires and statistical analysis with SPSS statistical software tools to explore digital opportunities books on local culture center student learning outcomes, clear learner satisfaction and willingness to continue to learn the relevant factors, such as the Institute was six conclusions: First, students learn to show a high degree of satisfaction, for "administrative services" maximum dimensions. Second, the participation of local culture books DOC study, participants' willingness to continue to learn high. Third, learning satisfaction varies on factors: "residence", "occupation", "contacts Network Time" and "participation in curriculum learning". Fourth, learning satisfaction varies on factors: "own e-books to learn", "using a digital computer to operate in the center," "information technology equipment to operate with their own". Fifth, learning satisfaction and willingness to continue to learn positive correlation, learning satisfaction is high, and its willingness to continue to learn high. Six, learning satisfaction can effectively predict student learning will continue, with "teaching content" of the most predictive power.
