Tutors were used to create a comprehensive study using qualitative research methods which include semi-structured interview and research text. Each interview includes visits throughout six schools where tutors were examined on childcare, their work experience, joys of social support, in the hope that they can be interpreted for their true feelings and appearances in order to make concrete conclusions and recommendations. The results were separated into: A- Complex Content and Work Strategy, B-The importance of experience,C- Taking on Multiple Tasks and D- Frustrations in Career Paths.   Essentially, the study presented recommendations through the following conclusions: It is recommended that Tutoring-School Agency Managers are to: a- Improve salary, benefits and protection of rights for tutors, b- Provide employees with diverse learning methods, c- Allowing employees to participate in Spiritual Awareness.   Recommendations for Tutors include: a- Open to criticism, b- Emphasize on communication with others, c- Define self-worth in the company. The efforts of this study were to reduce tutoring-schools turnover rates and provide teachers with proper direction to manage their classes.
