Over 60 years industry, how did they still have a place in a traditional industry in Taiwan? The difficulties they conquered under the severe changes with the times and the manager’s attitude for their staff are all the reasons they can still keep their position in this industry today. 3 generation’s managers with different management concepts research available products for public works by diverse technology and materials. The only belief they insist in management by Wu’s family is “Quality First, Service First and Keep Improving”. Raw cement products industry is nothing more than steel, cement, gravel mixing. It was not easy to get the materials in Japanese colonial period. Price raised by decades, price changed from NT 7,000~8,000 to NT16,000~17,000 per ton in 1998. The raising ratio was 100%. It was a difficult time for cement industry, even many steel companies collapsed. This family dealt with the crisis well to avoid the loss at that time. They are in charge of national works and need to attend the bid process in official departments sometimes. Before the announcement of "GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT ACT" in 2002, every bid was always threatened by gangsters. Many companies were often resisted not to attend the bid, if they refused, they will be revenged. Therefore, there are many description for their wisdom and experience for the bid in this study. A company's success is depends on the sale, production and dispatch. The roles to play in these procedures are all from their hardworking staff. Managers treat their staff as their families, take care of their family alike their own family. They believe that their staff will distribute themselves to the company with gratitude. They are humble to describe themselves as a successful company, but they insist to treat their staff sincerely and the quality first. They believe they can provide excellent products for national works continually and create brighter future for their company!
