Description
Summary:碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 材料工程研究所 === 102 === Abstract Water-based PU has been used as a replacement for organic solvents in the manufacturing industry over the past few years. Excellent characteristics of water-based DPU includes, low temperature resistance, high impact resistance, good heat insulation, abrasion, high chemical resistance, and exceptional blood compatibility. These physical or chemical characters are widely applied in different fields, specifically in foam coating for textile. The requirements for foam coating in the textile industry includes good permeability, softy touch, dry without stickiness, and good washing durability. In this thesis, we focus on 1. Understanding the foaming process and the structure of water-based DPU at the density of 0.2 to 1.0 g/cm3. 2. Understanding the quality of wind resistances and the feel of dryness by varying the thickness under the same density. For experimental procedures, thin film properties of PU are firstly analyzed and suitable materialis carefully determined. The second step is to study the effect of different types of anti-sticky reagents with various ratios. As for examining the physical properties of samples produced from step 2, hand touching assessments (nominal group method) and oven test (70oC for 24hrs). It is found that the foam is stable with good film-forming property. The modulus of water-base PU measured is 10-20kg/cm2 (1.0 to 2.0MPa) with solid content at 40-60%. The elongation is 800-1300% makes the film surface soft and dry
