insurance industry is an important part of it. The enactment of “Financial
Holding Company Act” in 2001 enables the financial products sold cross
companies that also shows the influence of the insurance industry.
Globalization makes competition more severe among industries. Talent is
one of the keys to success and it’s evident in insurance industry.
Employers’ attitude will be affected by their superior’s leading style,
hence elevate or reduce the organizational performance. This study tries
to find out the personality for a suitable business manager using
interviews based on five major categories of personality and gives
suggestions. It finds that the traits of personality for a suitable business
manager are open-for-learning and diligence. This result helps to
effectively recruit the right business managers and place them in position.
It not only decreases the time and money of training, but also raises the
stability of the business representatives and the organizational
performance. A sustainable insurance industry is positive to the financial
industry.
