| Summary: | 碩士 === 開南大學 === 商學院碩士在職專班 === 102 === The purpose of this study is to investigate when security industry join apartment building management and maintenance industry, the relationships among performance management, organizational integration and service quality. A sample comes from the two categories of Property Management and Maintenance Industry, and it employs a questionnaire survey, acting 285 questionnaires, 100% were returned and efficiency. A statistic analysis is to validate the mutual correlation of variables. This paper employs a Conbach’s Alpha and an item-total to verify the reliability, and uses a confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to verify the construct validity. The result indicates that reliability and validity are superior to the standard number. Besides, the study verifies the relationships between each variables and modal conformability by a structural equation modeling (SEM). The Statistical results that a model’s fitness is positive. Also, the path structure coefficient between organizational integration and service quality on a security service firm joined property management and maintenance industry that has a positive effect and reach significantly level, and the path structure coefficient between service quality and performance management as well. It does not reach significantly level between organizational integration and performance management. The finds can serve as a reference for the authority and business when dealing with related cases.
