Nowadays, there are some transforms of diet and consumption in younger generation, due to the working time has increased and the diet is formed a habit of fast food, which influences the number of people who have gradually grown for eating outside. Moreover, franchisees of catering have improved their performance especially during the economy depressed; however, the consumption of diet has realigned which results different performance of chain industry by economy depressed in these years. Old franchises owners are seeking transformation or a new opportunity for cooperation in order to enhance their reputation, furthermore the working time of operation be extended for improving turnover, these diverse modes of operation are in order to meet economy depressed. The research probes this case, this is focused on investigating diverse indicators through case analysis, and analyzed the reasons of this case. Apart from this, investigation grasped the difference of diverse indicators through interviews, and concerned on the less attention of this case for recommendations.
In this paper, we have the conclusion that for the business management of company M, the most important criterion is financial criterion, and learning and groth criterion is not the important one. The suggestions for the company M are: M company should improve program of human resource; M company should establish plan for learning functions; and M company should have successors system.
