碩士 === 開南大學 === 商學院碩士在職專班 === 102 === This study uses qualitative research to explore the applicability of introduction of new concept on school organization’s operation process and to establish a work flow and evaluation standards. After literature review and empirical analysis, we have conclusion: This concept has theoretical foundation; It provides a deep understanding of organizational work flow for administrative staff at each level and proves to be useful in its design; The new conceptual model introduced in this study can be used as a platform for creating operation process for a school organization; And construct 11 evaluation standards for contract workflow model. The study research result, we suggestion: School can use Contract workflow model for flow reengineering; school can use contract workflow model adopt environment change; and provide workflow reengineering evaluation standard.
