The logistics centers havenot onlybeen an important part in the overall circulation system,but also played a very important role in the supply chain system.Taiwan is an island country surrounded by the sea, international trade of natural resources, ICfoundry, and other supplies for people’s livelihood, must be developed and contacted with the outside world through logistics centers. Because Taiwan is located in an important position of the Asia Pacific region, it not only can be the contact of Southeast and North Asia, but also become an important transportation hub for China.Therefore, the development of international logistics is the primary goal urgently at present. Due to the significant increase in demand of the export supply, building logistics centers hasdrawn all enterprises distributors’ attention.So often risk arising from the construction of a logistics center will bring both serious losses and the impact on business management, how to effectivelyassess risk beforehand, manage risk during construction, analyze risk afterwards, is now the most important goal for the logistics industry companies to concern about.This paper analyzes the key influence on the construction of a logistics center from the following threestages: planning, construction and operation. Considering multiple levels and criteria that may affect the risk on construction oflogistics centers, we want to improve the construction of a logistic center’s quality and reduce its risk. MCDM method is used in this paper to construct modules.First of all, in order to understand how others do in similar research, we reviewliterature. Then we use Fuzzy Delphi Method to build module of the risk factors in logistics centers, and after the expert questionnaire survey, we can get the related degree and the preference of all the risk factors in construction of a logistics center byusing Fuzzy DEMATEL and Fuzzy preference relation in order to analyze and assess the risk during the construction of a logistics center and facilitate the companies to avoid it.
