Furthermore, moderating effect of experienced fun in workplace on the relationship between work-to-family conflict and job satisfaction is also examined in this study. Employees of 27 international tourist hotels in Taiwan were surveyed. Data was collected from February to March 2014. A structural questionnaire was used to collect data. A two-step unequal unit cluster sampling and face-to-face interview was conducted in this study. The procedure resulted in interviewing 488 employees. Twenty-five invalid questionnaires were excluded resulting in 463 usable responses. Subsequently, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were employed in this study. The results of this study indicate that family-to-work conflict has significantly negative effect on job satisfaction and experienced fun in workplace has significantly positive effect on job satisfaction. The results show that experienced fun in workplace has no significant moderating effect on the relationship between family-to-work conflict and job satisfaction. It means that experienced fun in workplace cannot reduce the effect of family-to-work enrichment on job satisfaction significantly. The results may provide some useful information for further researchers and provide some implications for management references. Ying-Wen Liang 梁英文 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 68 zh-TW
