Relatively, health care system by planning knowledge management system, collecting and integrating, so that knowledge can effective management and accumulation, in order to enhance the work efficiency of employees and to ensure service quality of medical institutions. In this study, the basis for the analysis is by Davis, Bagozzi &; Warshaw (1989) technology acceptance model and it explore the southern regional teaching hospital practitioners for knowledge management system usage, user satisfaction and influence employees to use factors of knowledge management systems by questionnaires. To this study is: (1) women have a higher “willingness of using” than men. (2) Head officer, educated and senior staff are general using knowledge management systems. (3) “Medical Unit” is significantly higher than the other units in knowledge management system of “functional”, “ease” and “attitude”. “Care units” have a higher “willingness” in using. “Administrative Unit” have more usage behavior. (4) In functional aspects of knowledge management system, employees believe that knowledge management systems help to improve the overall work performance, energy efficient building knowledge and experience heritage and actually, employee recognition system have stability, speed, easy to learn and easy to operate. (5) “perceived ease of use” to “perceived usefulness” and “attitude toward using” have a positive impact, “perceived usefulness” to “right attitude toward using” and “willingness to use” have a positive impact, “Using attitude” to “willingness to use” has a positive impact, and” willingness to use” to “use behavior” also has a positive impact, again verify Davis, Bagozzi &; Warshaw (1989) technology acceptance model.
