Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 企業管理學系 === 102 === During previous years in Vietnam, both enterprises (especially state-owned enterprises) as well as the employees has paid little attention and care to importance of organizational justice and job stress, job satisfaction and its influence on attitude of job satisfaction as well as engagement of employees to the enterprises.Therefore, this research selects Vietnam employees to be the sample for survey, to make sure if personal characteristics make remarkable significant differences to organizational justice, job stress and job satisfaction at Vinh Long Water Supply Company. Total about 200 staff working in Vinh Long Water Supply Company are sampled with one survey question. Data collected from questionaire will be performed for statistical analysis by using SPSS 17.0. Five main hypotheses are tested by statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, t-test, Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis. Research result shows that one personal feature, gender, will create remarkable differentiation to organizational justice and there is no personal feature causing significant difference to job stress and job satisfaction. Furthermore, this research shows that organizational justice, job stress have remarkably positive impact on job satisfaction.
