Follwing by huge organization changes, job stress of the staffs will be inevitably increasing which may also make great impact on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviors. This study attempted to understand the influence of such key factors as job stress, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behaviors have on an organization, and to examine the relationships among these three factors. The main research objects of this study were the staffs in military units, a designed survey was conducted to collect questionnaire data, and such statistical analyses as Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Reliability Analysis, T-Test, One Way ANOVA, and Regression Analysis were performed to test the research hypothese. The research results showed: 1.Different personal characteristics will make partically significant differences to job stress. 2.Different personal characteristics will make partically significant differences to organizational commitment. 3.Different personal characteristics will make partically significant differences to organizational citizenship behaviors. 4.Job stress will has significant negative impact on organizational citizenship behaviors. 5.Organizational commitment will has significant positive impact on organizational citizenship behaviors. 6.Job stress will has significant negative impact on organizational commitment.
