This study proposed a structural equation modeling to evaluating the mediating effects of job stress isbetween organizational justice and organizational commitment. A total of 230 employees working for services in the south of Taiwan were surveyed with a designed questionnaire, and200 collected questionnaires were valid at a rate of 86.9%. Both SPSS and AMOSstatistical software were performed to examine the structural equation modelingproposed by this study. The research results showed that job stress will be lower as organizational justice is getting better, and organizational justice has significantly positively impact on organizational commitment; on the other hand, the mediating effects of job stress is not significant between organizational justice and organizational commitment. As a result, relevant research conclusion and suggestions were also given as references for the further studying. Zi-Rou Lao 廖紫柔 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 93 zh-TW |
