Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 工業管理學系 === 102 === In recent years by the rise of the tide of globalization and rapid economic development in Asia, the original Western-diet prevailed environment lifestyle changes gradually around the world, while the indirect impact of the development and evolution of the family kitchen equipment. The food habits and cultural change had affected the environment of each family''s kitchen. Hotel industry''s central kitchen and dining cooking equipment industry is facing new needs, reflecting the future market of potential home kitchen industry. The majority of Taiwan''s traditional industrial manufacturers remain in OEM production model. In particular, the personnel structure in the Southern SMEs in Taiwan generally are mostly in high age, low education situation, thus failed to pay more hard work in research and development and innovation.
This project first uses TRIZ tools to assist kitchen industry for product innovation strategic planning, producing some more competitive and innovative product directions, and thus generate product innovation concepts. After evaluation of innovative design to be carried out or improved product direction by the case company with experts, some feasible product innovation orientation were found, Including "filtration system innovation" and "adjustable height sink". After these product innovations being determined, then a series of innovative products prototype ideas in accordance with the concept of the TRIZ systematic approach are generated. These concepts were chosen after evaluation, and then finally some viable concepts for the new product commercialization project were generated.
