More and more people get used to developing their interpersonal relationship on the Internet. By means of online social networking, the interaction among our real life has stridden to the cyber world. By means of the Internet, people not only can connect with each other but also gain new ways to making new friends and broadening their path of interpersonal relationship. Therefore, new applicable softwares which satisfy the demands of online chatting and immediate delivery of messages are presented to the public and massively used by people, such as the instant messaging software. In Taiwan, the InsightXploree Ltd. investigated the results of using the smart phones in 2012, which showed that Line instant messaging software is very popular with the Smartphone users. In this research, the researcher chose Line Instant Messaging Software as the population to discuss the behavior, the sense of satisfaction and interpersonal relationship among teenagers. This research used two ways to conduct the research: the analyses of literature and the questionnaires. Vocational high school students are the population. In total, 720 copies of the questionnaire were distributed. The collected questionnaires are 694. The effective questionnaires are 624. The researcher used the sum, the mean, the Independent-Sample T Test, One-Way Analysis of Variance and Bivariance to analyze and investigate the hypotheses. The results are as follows: The average number of people that vocational high school students have connection with is 51-100. For the teenagers, the attitude of using Line, which is positive, focuses on the interaction among friends. The places where they use Line are their homes. The purpose is for sending messages. The two functions of Line –literary chatting and group communication are most used and satisfying. That is, the more frequently the function is used, the more satisfied users feel, Students have the most satisfaction while vocational high school students interact with their friends. The ratio among the frequency of high school students using Line, the sense of satisfaction and the relationship of friends is direct. If high school students can use Line to interact with different groups, they can also improve their all kinds of interpersonal relationship. At last, the researcher hopes to provide related discussions and suggestions to the future people who will do the related research and develop the new systems for the purpose of improving teenagers’good interpersonal relationship.
