Based on the result of the literary review, information literacy is defined as “the selection and use of information”, and “assessment information” and administrative efficiency is defined as “administrative leadership”, “school environment and equipment”, “administrative operational quality”, and “school atmosphere.” To achieve the purpose, this study chooses the junior high school administrative staff of Fengshan District, Kaohsiung City as the target. A total of 220 copies of the questionnaire are issued, and valid samples are 217. The availability ratio is 98.63%. The results of the data analysis are illustrated as the following: (1) The performance on information literacy of the administrative staff in “overall information literacy”, “selection and use of information” and “assessment information” belongs to a good degree level. (2) There are significant differences among different sexes, different ages, on Literacy of administrative staff. There are also distinctive differences of the performance level in different positions, on “the overall information literacy” and “assessment information.” (3) The performance the administrative staff, in administrative efficiency in “overall administrative efficiency”, “school environment and equipment “,” administrative operation quality “and” school climate “levels are above average, and the ”executive Leadership” degree level is good. (4) There are significant differences. among the performances of the administrative staff in the “overall administrative efficiency”, “executive leadership”, “school environment and equipment” and “school atmosphere”. There are also significant differences among the current levels of performance of the different positions of the administrative staff in “the school environment and equipment.” (5) The performance of the executives in junior high schools in information literacy is getting better, and the administrative efficiencies are getting better too, and have a significant impact.
