In this study, the HRM practices included employee recruitment, employee raining, and incentive compensation. This study examined how these three skills affect Tuyenquang HPC‟s performance. Questionnaires were given personally to 400 managerial and non-managerial employees in 7 divisions of Tuyenquang HPC; there were 320 questionnaires returned and used for the statistical analysis. The collected data were computed and analyzed through Cronbach‟s alpha, descriptive statistics, correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The findings of the study were generalized as follows: (1) The HRM practices including recruitment, employee training, and incentive compensation were applied fairly good in Tuyenquang HPC, (2) These HRM practices affected significantly Tuyenquang HPC‟s performance.
