To keep up with international insurance business for insurance companies in the country is not easy. Especially with the trend of international economic integration, Vietnam has officially joined the WTO, the issue becomes more competitive tougher, it opens up opportunities and equally challenging for businesses Vietnam's insurance. Standing before the event and the ongoing volatility of the business environment in the country, on Vietnam to changes in business policies fit to practice growth and sustainable development. The purpose of this research is to study the theories and strategies related to the desire to apply that reasoning to the implementation of the strategy of the insurance company. From the status of operations of Bao Viet Life Company, the author make judgments about the strengths - and weaknesses - opportunities - challenges when organizing business and development process of Bao Viet Life during storage through. Since then, the strategy proposed for the next year and a basis for the development of the company in accordance with the present characteristics.
