The recommended research model was built on the basis of the theory of human resource management, the satisfaction of labors. Inheritance and selective discovered from studies of theory , the preliminary research to establish the ten components affecting the satisfaction of faculty members Ca Mau Pedagogical College with the name call (1) Jobs, (2) Working, (3) Salary, (4) Welfare, (5) Leaders, (6) Colleague, (7) Training – promotion, (8) Achievement acceptance, (9) Self-control right, (10) Social relation. A quantitative study with a sample size 220 faculty members Ca Mau Pedagogical College is carried out to assess the scale and test theoretical models. Cronbach Alpha reliability results and explored factor analysis (EFA) showed that the scale will meet the reliability, value and acceptance. Thus, based on the research findings, policy makers, managers of Ca Mau Pedagogical College will further understand the level of interest, satisfaction of faculty members; then apply appropriate changes to boost satisfaction of faculty members
Results after testing scale by Cronbach Alpha, we have identified seven factors affecting to Satisfaction of faculty members (Jobs, Leaders, Training – promotion, Self-control right, Working condition - Colleague, Salary - Welfare, Achievement acceptance – Social relation) regression analysis results have five components scale satisfaction of faculty members are statistically significant and affects the satisfaction of labors, proved that the five hypothesis of the study is acceptable. Most powerful factor to the satisfaction are Jobs, followed by Salary - Welfare, Training – promotion, and the weakest impact factor to its satisfaction now is Achievement acceptance – Social relation, Leader
