More and more requirements of accommodation encourage the growth of pensions. However, the service quality also becomes the key factor of the revisit intenetion. This study examined the quality of service in the region, the relationship between satisfaction and revisiting willingness through correlation analysis; followed by the use of the importance - performance analysis method (Important-Performance Analysis; referred to as IPA) and the extent of the performance gap analysis (IPGA) B & service for tourists to explore quality importance of the project, and then compare the items visitors' satisfaction, the need to identify priority improvement goals Bs. Through IPA analysis revealed Hot springs B & B in "tangible", "empathy", "responsiveness" dimension needs some immediate improvement, but IPGA analysis, part of the five dimensions of the questions of the need to improve immediately. The results may give B & B industry recommendations for improvement in the business strategy to enhance visitor satisfaction and revisiting willingness to generate greater business performance for its future development.
