This research was conducted under the quasi-experimental method with nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design. All the subjects are accepted the Math proficiency test on spatial concept before the teaching experiment was conducted.The treatment group use“the three-dimensional simulation software auxiliary instructional model” and the control group use“the tradition instructional model” for learning the spatial concept. According to the analysis fo result of the fifth graders have learned about volume and surface area concept, we got some inferences: (1)Students who are taught with 3D simulation software had better performance than students who are taught in traditional teaching method.(2) The experimental group who got high level scores had much improvement than the Control group of students who got high level scores.(3) The experimental group who got middle level scores had much improvement than the Control group of students who got middle level scores.(4) The experimental group who got low level scores had much improvement than the Control group of students who got low level scores.(5)The boys whom are taught with information technology had much improvement than the boys who are taught in traditional teaching method.(6)The girls whom are taught with information technology had much improvement than the girls who are taught in traditional teaching method. (7) There was a significant difference between teaching methods of learning attitudes; the students who had accepted “the Three-dimensional simulation software” had improvement on learning attitudes towards mathematics.Thus,it has proved the total performance of innovative instruction.
