Staff during the operation will be sustained exposure to high concentrations of biological hazards, so the concentration of agricultural waste composting investigate workplace environment, biological hazards, as the subject is quite important. In this study, two agricultural waste composting workplace survey conducted biological hazards, including the detection field throughout the domain of bacteria, fungi, and endotoxin concentrations of mycotoxins and simultaneously measure CO2, temperature, relative humidity and wind speed and other environmental factor, comparing the concentration of microorganisms and environmental factors interact to assess its relevance. The results showed that the concentration of biological hazards, bacteria bioaerosol concentrations of two agricultural waste composting in the workplace between 3392-91025 CFU/m3, fungal bioaerosol concentrations 872-45983 CFU/m3 between endotoxin concentrations 6-724 EU/m3 room, aflatoxin concentrations between 0.20-63.15 ng/m3, ochratoxin concentrations between 0.18-163.14 ng/m3. The domain of each field of environmental factors and compost bioaerosol concentrations in operating areas for statistical analysis, can be found in two agricultural waste compost of CO2 in the workplace for bacterial bioaerosol concentrations and distributions showed correlation (p <0.05), while temperature and relative humidity for fungal bioaerosol concentrations and distributions showed correlation (p <0.05). Also found that the disturbance in the process of turning microbes will follow raised, thereby affecting the bioaerosol concentrations. When engaged in the composting process welling up, handling and packaging will produce dust of the action, will result in increased bioaerosol concentrations suggested the importance of personal protective equipment after use and wash advocacy work to strengthen, strengthen personnel for environmental health and safety awareness in order to reduce the risk of people infected.
