Furthermore, to discuss the various possibilities to make those elders become depress. Object: For all elderly people living alone listed as a registered health survey in Yilan County Health Department in 2014 to work caring for the elderly Record of visits as main survey tools, cross-sectional quantitative survey research was used as Secondary data analysis. Results: 1. 84.3% of the majority of Taiwanese, Chinese immigrants followed. Among these registered visitors, females are 53.4% with an average age of 79.75 years; illiterate are 56.1%. widow mostly accounted for 59%; 76.5% of the visitors have children. 2. 75.1% of the visitors are good perceived health;commonly with 1.63 kind of chronic disease in the majority of 33.8% of which a maximum of 64.4% of hypertension; 83.8% of self-care can completely take care of themselves; 19.5% are handicaps which more men than women. 3. 90.3% did not use any kind of medical service, the most common service is home care and male make higher demand than female. Also 47.8% of the visitors did not use any kind of welfare services. The most popular service been used is free transportation pass which takes up to 42.2%. The average score of resource utilization is 0.33 points which 32.9% claimed for social welfare benefits in men than women; 15.2% did not apply for any social welfare benefits or subsidies. 4. Based on depression score in five points or less( including five points ), the average TGDS-SF depression scale was 4.09, slightly higher in female than male, and "non-depressed persons" accounted for 66.6%. 5. For those living-alone elderly people, the most relevant variables for depression were not perceived physical health. Suggestions: 1. More advocacy in all media for the service. 2. At the time to explore the relationship between disease and health conditions, the need for classification of diseases and disorders of the reason (such as congenital and acquired cause) or to find out more indicators or objective factors in order to explore the relationship in between. 3. To improve the ease access of the use of resources of various welfare services, accessibility, reliability and utilization. 4. To consider aboriginal cultural sentiments, financial capacity, the prevalence of the disease, the establishment of aboriginal welfare and care networks to promote and enhance the Aboriginal care of elderly people living alone more diverse system.
